The aim of JCO’s fraud and anti-corruption policy is to minimise fraud through a series of measures,
including clear policies and processes, regular internal and external audits and training for all persons
working for us or on our behalf in any capacity, whether paid or unpaid (together, “staff”) and
wherever located, unless local legal requirements are more rigorous.

JCO Anti Fraud and Anti Corruption Policy

The Purpose of the Code of Conduct is to establish a common understanding of the standards of behavior
required by Jamnel Care Organization. The Code of Conduct is a set of rules, which is a formal commitment
to make the people who represent JCO accountable for their behavior and to ensure that they do not put
beneficiaries or other personnel at risk of harm.

JCO Code of Conduct Policy

JCO has adopted the principles and practice of equal opportunities for the organisation as a whole, for
its beneficiaries and all aspects of employment including recruitment & selection, pay and conditions,
training & development, appraisals, promotion, conduct at work, disciplinary and grievance
procedures, and termination of employment. The aim of this policy is to set out JCO’s commitment to
fairness, to assist the organisation to put this commitment into practice and to ensure that Staff
Members do not discriminate unlawfully.
